This leading automotive company came to MSP to help their advertising have a greater impact on customers and prospects using email marketing. They were also looking to gain increased insight into the effectiveness and ROI of each campaign.

Solution

MSP was appointed to develop an e-mail marketing strategy. The project included the production and fulfilment of all below-the-line campaigns, as well as the sourcing of quality targeted prospect information. A major aspect of the campaign was using the best quality prospect and customer data available.

The key element of the project was development of the approach, which involved a high-quality direct marketing mailer alongside a targeted email direct marketing campaign to drive responses. Using our proven fulfilment technology MSP was able to deliver engaging, timely campaigns which comprised high-quality DM mailers alongside focused e-mail DM.

To further drive responses MSP incorporated response mechanisms to ensure the maximum number of recipients could indicate their interest and therefore generate strong quantities of sales enquiries.
