Exhibitors Use MSP Customer Insight Products at Motorbike Show
A number of exhibitors at the Carole Nash Motorcycle Live show being held at the NEC on 27th November – 5th Dec 2010 will be using the latest products from MSP the customer insight and research agency. Honda for instance is using Gather, the data collection product, to collect and analyse details of visitors to their stand.
The product is being used on a number of kiosks dotted around the stand so that visitors can request further product information and arrange a test ride. It is also being used on a number of iPads that staff manning the stand will be able to use.
Honda will use this data for surveys and other information so that they can better service their customer base and going forward understand trends and predict likely requirements. Matt Gibson, Head of Customer and Aftersales, said “It is essential in the current highly competitive environment that we understand our customers and provide the products and services they would expect from Honda. That is why we are using MSP’s Gather at the NEC for the show to capture and analyse real time data.”
